Every guest needs a Government photo ID, such as Aadhaar, a driving licence, a passport or another Government ID. Local IDs are accepted.
What are your room rates?
Non-A/C double rooms are from ₹1,500 per night. A/C double rooms are from ₹2,000 per night. Taxes are included. Rates may rise during weddings, festivals, elections and busy periods.
Do your rates change?
The rates shown are our standard rates. During weddings, festivals, exam days and other busy periods, rates may be higher. The price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay.
Do you have a restaurant?
No. CNR Residency has no restaurant. Room service is available at any hour, and the front desk helps guests order from nearby kitchens.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on site.
Can I check in after midnight?
Yes. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so check-in after midnight is accepted.
When do I have to check out?
Check-out is 12 noon. If the room is not booked for the next guest, we are happy to let you stay longer — up to 24 hours from the time you checked in. Please ask at the front desk and we will tell you straight away.
How far is the bus stand?
The RTC bus stand is 1.5 km from CNR Residency, about 10 minutes away.
